The economy saver service is only for delivery destinations in Germany and it is our suggested service for German customers. It is only a little bit slower than the regular service, but more economical.

Thin shipping:
Some thin products (e.g. refills) may be qualify for thin shipping as a 5mm or thinner letter. Such items will be marked as such on their product page.

Returns:
Customers in the EU can return products within 14 days of delivery. Please let us know in advance that you would like to return a product.
